Please Note:

  • Insurance plans and coverage levels vary. You are encouraged to check with your carrier regarding your policy's mental health coverage.

  • I am in-network with all three Nebraska Medicaid Managed Care Plans. 

​

  • I am NOT in-network with BCBS BluePrint (CHI Marketplace Plan).

  • All clients are required to have a credit card on file. This allows missed appointments, late cancellations, and past due balances not covered by insurance to be easily received. HSA accounts are also accepted.
